Appointments are generally scheduled between 10:00 am and 7:00 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
The office is closed on Fridays and Saturdays.
Limited late morning and early afternoon slots are available on Sundays.
Virtual sessions are available through a secure HIPAA-compliant platform.
In-person sessions are held in a spacious office with a HEPA air purifier. I am fully vaccinated and boosted.
Cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of the appointment time or may incur a non-negotiable charge of the full fee, $175 USD. Exceptions are made for sudden illness or unavoidable emergencies.

Going out-of-network often gives you more specialized, personalized care. We can check your out-of-network benefits and explain your deductible and coinsurance.
You must pay copays, deductibles, and coinsurance up to your plan’s out-of-pocket maximum. We accept only out-of-network benefits, plus Lyra and Spring Health. At this time, we do not accept HMO, Kaiser, Medi-Cal, or other federal/state plans.

Claims/Billing: We bill your insurance directly. You are responsible for the deductible and coinsurance. Deductibles reset every 12 months (usually January, sometimes another month). Some insurers waive the deductible for mental health care.
Payment: We accept flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, credit cards, and PayPal/Venmo.
